I couldn’t help but notice the familiarity of the image noticed in the Ipsos-Reid survey (GO Station slide) found on the City of Guelph website. I immediately recognized it as that of a friend, Matt Makauskas, photographer and web designer. After a quick discussion, the image was found to have been used witout permission.
