An interesting observation, Jeff, but what about the Freight locomotives that idle 24/7 across the road at the VIA Station? The GO locomotives have anti-idling technology — sure they may idle for 30 minutes prior to departure, but your calling attention to the wrong problem…

Interesting to note this Article seems to indicate the Breslau station is not part of the current plans.

Go train will be parked in a siding after they let the people out at the VIA station. They will be shut down and hooked up to wayside power almost immediately after parking. They will be started up approx 1 1/2 hours before train time in order to proper do air brake and other testing. They will not idle 24/7……..
