Ipsos reid survey (Guelph GO Train support) used stolen image

I couldn’t help but notice the familiarity of the image noticed in the Ipsos-Reid survey (GO Station slide) found on the City of Guelph website. I immediately recognized it as that of a friend, Matt Makauskas, photographer and web designer. After a quick discussion, the image was found to have been used witout permission. City of Guelph and ipsos-reid personell that are responsible for this are advised to contact matt directly, his website address is

Guelph Ipsos-Reid survey: 98% surveyed support GO Train service

A survey by Ipsos-Reid commissioned by the City of Guelph show that 98% of respondents support GO Train service in Guelph.

44% of respondents also support a downtown Guelph station, with the rest divided amongst the alternative locations.

Additional train trips on Milton Line for Guelph GO BUS users

Announced by GO Transit today, 2 new trips on the Milton Line starting in June: One morning departure from Milton, and one evening departure from Union Station. This allows more bus/train connections, which many originate in Guelph.
